Fort Worden Historical State Park : Conference Center
The Conference Center is made up of more than 30 historic buildings which served the large community that served and lived at Fort Worden. The Commons is the center for guest activities at the Conference Center, with its Grand Ballroom and Guest Services desk. Original officer houses and enlisted barracks line each side of the large Parade Ground and along ‘NCO Row’. Other buildings available for event rental include the USO Hall, Chapel, Wheeler Theater and McCurdy Pavillion (orignally the Fort’s baloon hanger). While enjoying your stay, you can walk to the Puget Sound Coast Artillery Museum and Commanding Officers Quarters Museum, both located on the central Parade Ground. All these facilities are centrally located within walking distance of park trails, historic sites and beaches.
