Mount St. Helens Visitor Center – Interpretive Naturalist Intern Interestingly, one of the most substantial barriers that people face in visiting
One of our most popular and friendliest state parks is Daroga State Park situated in the Wenatchee area, near Rocky Reach Dam. Donations made it possible to replace the old compact fluorescent lighting in restrooms there with new, more energy-efficient LED lighting, reducing light fixtures by forty in the process. The project is part of the effort by Washington State Parks to increase the sustainability of park facilities and equipment.
