Sundays are for snowshoe hiking at Lake Wenatchee
Hit the snow trails at Lake Wenatchee State Park with a guided hike on Sunday, 2/26/17.
Park Staff will guide you on a snowshoe hike through gorgeous scenery along the Wenatchee River, the shore of Lake Wenatchee and surrounding forest.
Join the local community in a special treasure hunt on Camano Island to search for hand blown glass balls.
The Great Northwest Glass Quest – a unique treasure hunt is underway on Camano Island. From February 17 – 26 businesses and parks throughout Camano and Stanwood hide plastic clue balls.
Winter Trail Hike with Friends of Camano Island State Parks
Join the Friends of Camano Island Parks for a guided Camano Winter Trail Walk on 3/4/17 and on the first Saturday of the month through May.
Walks take place on Island County and State park trails constructed, maintained and enhanced by this Friends group through its stewardship program.
Walk ‘N Wag fundraiser at Lake Sammamish State Park
Bring your furry friend for this dog walk on Saturday, 3/19/17. Event fees support the work of the Friends of Lake Sammamish State Park to improve this outdoor recreation paradise located right in Issaquah’s backyard!
